PEEC Summer Day Camp

PEEC’s Summer Day Camp helps campers grow and explore in their relationship with the outdoors.

Summer Day Camp provides the perfect balance of summer fun and environmental learning, and keeps kids active, creative, and outdoors during their time away from school. Based on our successful model of the iconic Sci-Q Project, PEEC reaches every camper through age appropriate environmental education, outdoor exploration, and real-world problem solving. Campers enjoy hiking, playing games, and so many of PEEC’s trademark hands-on activities while immersed in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

From June through August, 8 weeks of Summer Day Camp are offered for campers ages 4 through 16.

Our camp staff are educators by profession that are equipped with the expertise necessary to ensure campers are safe, satisfied, and learning by doing.

Training is provided in childhood behavior, group supervision techniques, risk management, and other camp-related topics.  All PEEC summer camp staff members undergo background checks and safety training before working with children.
