Summer Camp
PEEC Summer Day Camp
Since 1998, PEEC’s nature adventure camp has helped campers grow and explore while under the guidance of staff. Campers will enjoy hiking, playing games, and exploring a national park under close supervision by trained camp staff.
From June through August, 9 weeks of Day Camp are offered for 5 different camper age groups.

Our staff are instructors, interns, and counselors hired based on experience and trained in childhood behavior, special needs, risk management, and other camp-related topics. All PEEC summer camp staff members undergo background checks and safety training before working with children.
PEEC Summer Overnight Camp
This summer we are continuing our Overnight Residential Camp Program! Campers will spend 5 nights and 6 days with us at PEEC. They will get the full PEEC summer camp experience including campfire cooking, games, science experiments, arts and crafts, challenges, and program specific activities.

The PEEC Sci-Q Project
Be a part of this unique, weeklong PEEC camp designed for aspiring scientists. PEEC’s Sci-Q Project will be held from June 29-July 5, 2025 at the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) located in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

Students will interact with local college professors as they showcase their research in a variety of fields. The faculty will also share personal stories about the challenges and rewards of becoming scientists.
