Getting Started
PEEC utilizes CampBrain, an external software, to facilitate Summer Day Camp registration.
Upon navigating to CampBrain, users will be prompted to either log in to an existing account or create a new one. We kindly ask that returning families who have lost access to their account credentials utilize the “Reset Password” feature rather than creating a new account to assist in the administrative organization within CampBrain.
New Users: Prior to starting a new registration, please configure your Household by selecting “Manage People and Household Information” at the bottom of the page. A Household allows users to create a grouping a profiles, which includes up to two parents or guardians and any campers to be registered for the program.
Completing Your Registration
The first step in starting a new registration is selecting the program you would like to register for. Once the desired program is identified, select “Start a New Registration” under the appropriate program.
Throughout registration, you will be prompted to select the camper you are registering, desired weeks, and any add-ons. CampBrain will automatically assign each camper’s age group based on the grade indicated when creating their profile.
Once you have identified these registration details, you will be prompted to fill out necessary paperwork and proceed through payment.
For more details on add-on options, required forms and paperwork, and payment, please see the appropriate section below.
Required Paperwork
Camp paperwork is required as part of PEEC’s safety and risk management policies. This paperwork is required to ensure we are adequately prepared to support your camper by the time they join us during the summer.
Forms
The below outlined forms are built into each CampBrain season, and are required to be completed at the time of registration. These forms are designed to collect all information and permissions necessary for the camp team to adequately prepare for the season ahead.
Code of Conduct: PEEC’s Code of Conduct outlines the standards campers and families are expected to adhere to when interacting with camp communities. To further review PEEC’s policies and agreements, click here to visit our Policies, Agreements, & Code of Conduct web page.
Additional Camper Information: The Additional Camper Information form is utilized by camp staff to collect more in-depth information to ensure we are adequately prepared to support campers’ individual needs. Information collected covers pertinent camper demographics, any specific learning or behavioral needs, and camper buddy requests.
Authorized Parent Pickup: The Authorized Parent Pickup form allows us to operate with a list of approved and prohibited individuals to handle camper pick up at the end of each day. This information allows us to ensure we are operating in the best interest of camper safety and releasing your children to safe adults. Please note that adults listed on your CampBrain profile are NOT automatically added to this form, and must be listed in order to qualify for camper release.
Camp Media Release: Our Camp Media Release allows guardians to determine whether or not photos taken of their camper during their time at camp are permitted to be utilized on various avenues.
Paperwork
In order for your child to attend camp, we require medical documentation be kept on file during a camper’s time in the program to ensure that we are able to best provide and support any necessary medical care. This medical information is stored securely within CampBrain and shared only with essential personnel within PEEC staff and emergency medical professionals, if necessary.
Camper Physical: We require a copy of each camper’s most recent physical. This physical must be in date within the last 24 months.
Camper Immunizations: Camper immunization records must be up-to-date with all immunizations received. Please email camp@peec.org for any exemptions of this requirement.
Front & Back of Camper Insurance Card: Uploaded photos or scanned documents of both the front and back of a camper insurance card are required in the event that emergent medical care is necessary at any point throughout the program. Please email camp@peec.org for any exemptions of this requirement.
