Ultrasound is sound above the range of human hearing.  We can convert ultrasound into sounds that we can hear by dividing the frequency by 10 to lower the pitch. The arrow on the image represents the upper limit of human hearing. These tones have been shifted lower so we can hear them. (Time in thousandths of a second)
