PEEC is an ideal place for academic programs, team building, family programs, scouts, retreats, conferences, and workshops.  Individualized programs are designed by PEEC staff to meet each group’s specific needs.  Facilities are available year-round and are designed for individuals and groups of all sizes.

Family Programs

  • Weekend getaways are scheduled throughout the year and include lodging, meals, and educational programs.
  • Seasonal, family-oriented activities include canoeing, orienteering, natural history, crafts, cross-country skiing, hiking, field trips to local areas of interest, and more!

Workshops

  • PEEC offers workshops in birding, photography, quilting, drumming, and more.
  • Public programs provide opportunities for educators, naturalists, families, and the general public.

EcoZone!

Homeschool Programs

Programs are available to introduce nature and environmental studies to homeschooled groups. 

  • Groups of 15 to 300 -- Pre-K to Graduate Level
  • Residential or Day Trips -- Programs tailored to individual group needs & budgets
  • Hands-On Field Studies -- Curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey State Standards

Meetings & Retreats

PEEC welcomes the oppportunity to host programs, meetings, reunions, retreats, conferences, workshops, camps, or special occasions.  PEEC works closely and cooperatively with all guests to insure a successful experience.

  • Single day, multiple day, or multiple week programs
  • PEEC's facilities can accommodate various size classes and groups (15 - 300) for programs, meetings, sleeping, and dining.
  • The campus is available year-round.
  • PEEC is a great place to plan & host a family reunion.

Summer Day Camp

PEEC focuses children's curiosity on the natural world during Summer Day Camp.

  • Week-long, themed camp weeks, such as Creepy Crawlies and CAMOUFLAGE!
  • Camp weeks for children & teens ages 3 - 15

Team Building / Low Ropes Course

PEEC staff will lead groups through our challenge/adventure courses.

  • Team Building promotes self-confidence and teamwork.
