The Confidence Course
|
|
|
Participants will move from the team challenges to the confidence course activities and work to gain even more confidence in their individual capabilities, and the abilities of their group. The sessions begin with a series of carefully designed warm-up exercises based on total group participation. As a result of the exercises and prior participation in the ASE's, group members' cooperative attitude will be carried over to help everyone through three or four challenging elements.
