Volunteer Opportunities at PEEC
As a Volunteer in PEEC (VIP), you will have an opportunity to share your knowledge and skills managing our library, maintaining our buildings and grounds, and leading program participants to discover the wonders of the natural world.
PEEC relies heavily on volunteer efforts. VIP's are important to us. There are many ways for volunteer involvement at the Pocono Environmental Education Center. Volunteers in PEEC participate in regular scheduled volunteer workdays or weekends. During these clean-up events, volunteers have the opportunity to select and work on various projects; meet and work with new people or old friends; and have fun all at the same time. If you are not interested in one of the scheduled programs, volunteer when it is convenient for you.
